I had the opportunity to work with Noah in a food service role, where he was a manager and I was a crew member. During the time I worked with him, I knew Noah to be kind, hard-working, dependable, and a strong leader. He was the kind of person who stepped up when the team needed help and looked out for the people he worked with.

Noah had a way of bringing out the best in the team and maintaining a positive, supportive environment, even during extremely busy and stressful shifts. He led by example, treated people with respect, and was always willing to pitch in where he was needed.

The qualities I saw in Noah as a manager, including his work ethic, leadership, willingness to help others, and care for the people around him, are exactly the qualities I would want to see in someone serving on Saanich Council.

I had the pleasure of working with Noah in food servise, he was my manager from when I first started off as a crew member to when I became a manager myself. His support and guidance were a huge role in my growth both professionally and personally. What stood out to me about his leadership is how he would always lead by example, working hard alongside the team, and providing positive constructive feedback even during the highest stress times, it was easy to see he genuinely cared about helping others succeed. Beyond him being a strong leader Noah is approachable, encouraging, positive and always willing to help. All these qualities that made him an amazing manager will make him an outstanding representative for our community. He has an ability to bring people together, listen to different perspectives and works hard to bring positive solutions. I know he will bring the same commitment, leadership skills and dedication to the community to the position of Saanich Councillor.

Noah and I have worked together in post-secondary education, me as instructor, he as teaching assistant.

He has always been supportive and encouraging to all of the students. He is able to see learning from each student's perspective, and a very varied group of students it is. He is willing to meet them where they are, rather than where he thinks they need to be. That strikes me as an important quality to have as a council member, which is in reality a very special form of public service.

I had the pleasure of working with Noah at the University of Victoria for multiple summers.

During his time working in youth STEM outreach, Noah created inspiring hands-on experiences that positively shaped the youth and coworkers he worked with. 

Whether it was an interpersonal challenge or a technical challenge, Noah demonstrated positive ways of thinking and create innovative solutions.

Not only did Noah come to work each day with a growth mindset, he helped others find ways to succeed. 

I believe Noah would truly make a positive impact to the Saanich community.

Before Noah had even become my manager in the food service industry, I handed him my application to pass on to the hiring manager. He personally reviewed my resume and application and gave me feedback on how I could improve my chances of being hired. I believe this interaction defines who Noah is as a person, regardless of who you are or what connection you have with him, he wants everyone to succeed and do their best. As I got to know Noah better, especially once he became my manager, I saw him as a great leader and a pillar of support. He listened to everyone, checked in with his fellow workers to make sure they were doing okay, and always made sure everyone got their breaks. He is the type of manager who genuinely cares about you as a person, and to me, that is what defines a great leader.

Noah is one of the most thoughtful managers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. What stood out most was his ability to think on his feet, lead by example and made long shifts fun. I knew walking in that it would be a good shift when Noah was working! Noah made a point of giving clear, constructive feedback and made sure every team member understood how their work contributed to the bigger picture.

Beyond his professional skill, Noah is simply a good person to work with; he is approachable, honest, and genuinely invested in the growth of the people on his team. 

These qualities are perfect for the Saanich council. Noah is a great asset, leader and always does what is necessary to reach the desired outcome while keeping everyone’s best interests in mind.

I use to work with Noah in food service when he was my manger. I work in property management now, which is a little different from the Saanich Council. However the core foundations are still the same. You spend a lot of time managing numbers and outcomes, but you are also a voice of the people. You’re making decisions that affect all of those individual people, not just for the betterment of the company. Noah Fruttarol was the first person to truly show me that way of management.

Noah has an incredible capacity for compassion and shows great strength in managing and working with others. I hope you will consider voting for him.
